In this module, we’ll explore what habits are, become aware of them, and understand the concept of a conscious habit. We’ll also explore the connection between mind, body, and soul and the importance of implementing conscious habits in each of them.

Our perception of everyday life is profoundly influenced by our minds. In this module, we’ll explore mindful habits that have helped us cultivate a more balanced and harmonious outlook on life, promoting well-being in our daily routines.

In this module, we will explore tools and practices that help us realize what we truly desire, aligning our lives with our purpose and aspirations.

Mindful habits for our soul allow us to connect with our essence and find balance. In this module, we’ll explore tools to cultivate self-awareness and presence, learning to enjoy every moment by connecting with ourselves and our beautiful planet.

Maintaining mindful habits requires commitment, consistency, determination, and, above all, self-love. In this module, we’ll share key tools to make this process sustainable, fun, and accessible, ensuring you can effectively integrate it into your daily life.

We are offering this program in both languages English and Spanish.

We’ll be on this journey together for 28 days. Over the course of 4 weeks, we’ll meet twice a week for short, focused sessions (30-45min aprox), each one guiding you through a new module.
At the end of each module, you’ll have a simple at-home activity to help you integrate what you’ve learned and start putting it into practice right away.
We’ll also stay connected through a group chat, where we can support each other, share insights, and celebrate the small conscious shifts we’re making in our daily lives.

Yes, in Ecoholistic we believe that each person is unique and unrepeatable, so this program provides tools so you can customize it to your personal needs and goals, taking control of what you want to change.

As part of the program, you’ll be invited to join a private group chat (Eco-holistic Community chat), a space to connect, share experiences, and grow together as a community.
We’ll also host monthly check-in sessions, where we’ll gather to deepen the topics from the program, support each other, and continue building meaningful habits together.
